on88 Login Security

On88 cares about the security of every member's account. Our security system is built with the latest technology to ensure your data and funds are always protected every time you log in.

Every login session is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by leading banks in Malaysia. This means all data transmitted between your device and on88 servers is fully encrypted and cannot be intercepted by third parties.

• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Enable 2FA for an extra layer of protection — an OTP code is sent to your phone each time you log in from a new device.
• Login Notifications: You will receive an instant notification if there is any suspicious login attempt on your account.
• Auto Session Timeout: Your login session will automatically expire after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access.
• 24-Hour Monitoring: The on88 security team continuously monitors account activity to detect any signs of fraud.

Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them

Occasionally you may experience some difficulty when logging in. Here are the most common issues and how to resolve them quickly:

• 1
Forgot password — Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number or email and a reset code will be sent to you within seconds.
• 2
Username not recognized — Make sure you are entering the correct username, not your full name or email address. You can also try using your registered phone number as an alternative.
• 3
Account temporarily locked — Your account will be locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes or contact customer support for immediate assistance.
• 4
Login page not loading — Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. You can also use the on88 mobile app as an alternative.
• 5
OTP code not received — Check that your phone has a good signal. Make sure you have not blocked SMS from new numbers. Try requesting the OTP code again after 60 seconds.
